My service person was very professional and informative. I just had my water heater drained and serviced and was happy to have Smith Plumping do the work. They installed my water heater about 3 years ago and it has been working great.
I'm extremely happy and impressed with Smith Plumbing! Rob did a great job replacing my hot water heater as well as being professional and friendly. He was on time, went out of his way to match my schedule, did a great installation and left everything cleaner than it was before he arrived. Their prices are very fair and comprable to other plumbers. They are the ONLY plumbing company out of four I called that answered their phone (!) and that person was friendly and professional as well. I will be using Smith Plumbing from now on.
Bid out a job to replace the mainline to the sewer. Received 5 quotes. Smith's was straight forward and reasonable. Garron came out, on time, and explained exactly what he was going to do. Then did exactly what he said. He finished on time, and the invoice was exactly what they estimated. He was very polite, even letting me know when he was going to lunch or to the office for materials. Really, really pleased with them and will definitely use them again.
We purchased a water drinking fountain with bottle filler. Tracey was great to work with and very helpful in scheduling to our needs. Also, the technician Robbie did a super job in helping us identify the proper unit we needed. Robbie removed the old unit and installed the new unit, he worked quickly and cleaned everything once the work was done. The invoice was exactly as quoted and we are very satisfied with Smith Plumbing and highly recommend for future needs.
Smith Plumbing Hi Tracy – I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed and grateful we are to Garron who came out this last Sunday to repair a leak in our home. He did a phenomenal job not only fixing the issue but providing a creative solution for the area moving forward to eliminate future issues. Garron definitely went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he respond to our call very quickly he was incredibly thorough and professional at addressing the issue, understanding that without attention our house would have been without water. He demonstrated kindness and consideration for our family needs and went out of his way to ensure the repair was completely resolved, testing and retesting to ensure a proper repair. He took extra steps to ensure the repair was completed safely and took additional steps to ensure not only that there was no fire hazard, but also that all the remnants of the repair were picked up so that the animals would not inadvertently eat them. Not only was this repair completed in an impressive manner, the fact that he took the time to go above and beyond to find a creative resolution was remarkable. It is rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism and genuine customer care for the people they are helping. We truly appreciate his efforts and would be so grateful if you could pass along our gratitude to him directly.
