Chad was on time, super professional and suggested a budget conscious solution for us. I liked how the company text a picture of the technician before he arrived. It’s such a considerate thing to do for customers. We will absolutely will call these guys again.

He was very professional, very kind, told me exactly what I needed and what I didn't need and answered all my questions. He was very patient, and I was very grateful. Have to give a shout out to Sam Dietz! What a great job replacing our kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis system! The RO system was an unexpected fix and was done with exceptional care. He explained everything along the way and was very personable and professional. If you have any plumbing issues, you need to call The Plumber first because their customer service is top-notch. This is rare nowadays and is what matters.
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! If you are needing anything plumbing related you don't need to look any further! We had a leak in our bathroom which we ended up needing a new tub/shower installed and from start to finish this team was so helpful, knowledgeable and just all around so nice to work with in a not so great situation! No bad things to say at all!
This team is absolutely outstanding. One of my tenants called with an emergency leak and out of the 10 to 15 Plumbing establishments this one was the only one to call me back. We made an appointment the next day and bless my tenant they were unable to answer the door at the time, Josh and Kris were so flexible. They went and worked on another project and came right back to my house since getting in was an issue. Kris fixed everything and the clean up was amazing, it looks like nothing was wrong to begin with. They were so sweet, flexible, patient and so professional. I have made the choice to ONLY use them from now on and recommend their services to anyone who needs to get out of a plumbing jam.
