SNS has great service the employees really care and make sure their customer needs are met. I came in and needed a button sewn on and the tailors shift was ending. Despite his shift being over the tailor stayed later sewed on my button and even tightened others. I highly recommend SNS.

Great customer service and fair pricing. Only tailor I trust in DC! If you communicate what you need, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service with very reasonable prices. Got my wedding tux altered here even though it was purchased elsewhere. The tailor was extremely nice and attentive. He had me try on all pieces of the outfit and made sure the fit was perfect, even the items he wasn't going to be working on. 10/10 would trust this service for the most important events.

I recently had a broken zipper on a vintage jacket and wasn't sure how to replace it. I walked into SNS, and they went of their way to both find a matching zipper and replace it for free. Thankful for their help and would recommend visiting

Very skilled tailor, not only they alter your cloths but also help you with putting looks together, specially if you wear suits often, they are very knowledgeable with fair pricing. I absolutely recommend this place if you need a suit or any kind of alterations.

I chose this business after seeing many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. I walked in with about five pairs of pants for alterations and was immediately asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I did not, but that Google indicated walk-ins were welcome. He told me it was normally appointment-only, but proceeded to ask what I needed done and had me try the pants on. During the fitting, he abruptly told me “no shoes” and asked if I had read the website, stating that this rule was posted there. While I did look up the business beforehand, there is no proper website—only a third-party listing that provides minimal information and no clear policies. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the start. Throughout the visit, I felt as though my business was not valued and that I was being treated as if I would not be willing to pay for the service. I strongly considered walking out. When I asked about pickup availability, he said mid-week. I explained that I could only come on the weekend. He then handed me a ticket and asked me to pay upfront. I have never been asked to pay in advance at an alteration shop, and it made me feel as though I was not trusted. A week later, having received no phone call or notification, I called to ask if my pants were ready. I was asked if I had my slip and was told I would not be able to pick up my items without it. Once again, he referenced this being stated on the website, which—again—does not clearly communicate these policies. The only information available online is the services offered and business hours. Even over the phone, the interaction was unpleasant. I asked for his name and was told it was Ali, who I believe is the owner based on other reviews. If you are running a business, all customers should be treated with the same level of respect. I don’t know if I was being judged based on my appearance or age, but this experience left a very negative impression. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. I believe I could have received the same—or better—work elsewhere while being treated with basic courtesy and respect.
