Follow-up (Oct 26, 2025): Devam sold me on a home internet speed that didn't pan out. I was texting and chatting with him regularly with the impression that he would make this right. He worked with Rogers to try and improve the speed but it didn't match what I had with Telus. He said that since I'm having buyer's remorse I could cancel and that I could do so within 30 days. I contacted Rogers by Shaw to process the cancellation and they put it through only to find out I was charged a $300 cancellation fee. Rogers by Shaw said that if there was a technical issue that the salesperson Devam would need to correct that and then I wouldn't be charged this fee. This all occurred throughout August and into September and there's been no contact anymore. I wish I never switched to Rogers. They have been terrible! I've been patient with Devam but it's now run out. Original review: TJ and Devan were great to work with and spent the time to understand my needs. I appreciate e everything they did.
