Highest praise for the products here in the retail shop and the staff knowledge of what they carry. The inClover dental has been astounding, has made a profound improvement. Any time I have a question about food or ingredients, I get all the info that I need with expert guidance from the owners and staff behind the counter.
I have come here for self-serve dog washing an uncountable amount of times! I absolutely love it here. It’s clean, the staff is always exceptionally helpful (nearly Chick-fil-A level of customer service and treatment, which speaks highly of management), I love that you can book online easily and choose the different treatments you want to add, love the retail space so I can get my dog a treat afterwards, love the OUTDOOR blow dry area, love the location so I can take stroll with my dog before the bath to get some energy out and grab a cup of coffee. I work with dogs professionally so I’m somewhat of a dog facility snob haha and this is the only facility I repeatedly come back to in San Diego. Photos from a few different visits.
A wonderful facility, everyone was very helpful, my dog Gracie got a blueberry facial, and a huckleberry wash and her ears cleaned. She smells wonderful and is happy and Pepe. And their prices are very good. All in all a wonderful experience Thank you. The next time I visit the area I will be back.
I haven’t used their grooming services, but I use the self-service dog wash station frequently and I always have a great experience! The price is affordable for what you get (towels, all bath products and time with a dryer) and the staff are always very friendly. My dog doesn’t love getting bathed but he’s getting used to it and I love that I don’t have to worry about cleaning up/ clogging up my own bath at home!! They have a lot of different soap packages which is nice
We went to the store to wash our dog Lexa before her dog show. The bathtubs are really easy to use and the staff is really friendly. The aprons are really nice because you don’t get your clothes wet at all. The blueberry facial is the best and our Lexa loves it. The water soap and conditioner are all provided with the bath. You can also use the dryer to dry your dog if they’re very furry.
