They do the landscaping with Tricon residential, I have a few issues that I have already noticed. First off they do not do a very good job with yard work. The grass is still a few inches in length in patchy areas. I have had two solar lights that I have replaced in a four month span, all because they get moved and not put back. They do not stay lit...one was totally in two pieces...one end was in one spot and the pole in another...Why?? They are very disrespectful at the times of doing the work, then to have to come back and use the blower...even all the way up the road, just gasing it up and making that noise in and out with the blower and smiling like we need to hear it. I was going to address these issues much earlier, but after coming home to yet another solar light being out of place, pulled up from the ground and not put back. Needed to say something. It is not professional no matter who you hire. Start respecting people's belongings and peace. Might also help if the workers understood English and could speak it just my two cents. I do not need anyone to reply to tell me you're sorry. You know who you hire to do the work. Do better.
I work at a business in Franklin, TN. We never knew what good landscaping maintenance was until Southern Acre took over. In particular, Ubaldo is excellent. The lawn and beds always look good. He approaches seasonal trimming and clean-up with a swift methodical plan and always keeps us well informed.

I have used Southern Acre both for my personal lawn care needs and those of my HOA for years. We've watched the company grow and could not help but notice that service was not compromised, in fact, I think it improved. Jonathan and his crew are always on time, listen carefully for specific instructions, offer suggestions and most importantly, the finished landscaping exceeds my expectations in terms of a sharp, clean contemporary look. I am looking forward to continuing the trouble-free service they provide for a long time.
The team at Southern Acre is incredible to work with. Jonathan Nance, in particular, was recommended to me from a friend and - just as they had said- he was an absolute pleasure to work with. In a now booming metropolitan city that was once the “little big town” of Nashville, it was such a comfort working with another Nashville Native that takes as much pride in his work as we both do in this amazing community! 5 stars! Could not recommend more!! Will be using them for future projects!
