Service is ok but parts pricing... for my Volvo vnl 2019 they charged me 192$, called bruckner and for a walk in customer price it's 52$. I have never seen in my life that expensive serpentine belt... So bring your own parts to this shop
They are the slowest people I've ever seen. I watch 4 different mechanics sit there in the garage for 6 hours not doing nothing. While trucks have been waiting for hours. Ill never bring any of my trucks here again period
Waited for 45 mins and Noone ever even came into the waiting room. Another guy had been there over an hour and said Noone was there. Don't waste your time there.
The service at this location has greatly improved since Southern Tire took it over. Wait times are typically not more than a couple hours. Overall good quality service
The guy in the counter has some issues with his head , i asked the fitting for air-lines he sayed i have 2 trucks inside i sayed i dont need mechanics i need part he sayed we working with them you im not gonna skip them and move your truck from the from i been bobtail in parking spot at front of the store he was such unprofessional and rude , i see a lot people left him review with same problems with him They call him Adam just dont go to him ( store do not reply to me like to others “your review disappointed” you better work with your worker )
