Dropped off an iPhone with a completely dead screen. After a brief internet search in the area, a quick email exchange on symptoms to confirm it was the screen and a brief but helpful exchange on options I dropped the phone off at Square Repair late in the afternoon. After an hour I received a confirmation back that the repair was complete and a payment link. After I completed the payment I popped across and received a fully functional iPhone back within the hour. Excellent comms along the way. Absolutely perfect service.

Really good service, one of the few places that does repairs to Honor phones. I had a faulty charging port and I emailed at 8.30am, dropped my phone off at 9.45am, and it was fixed an hour later. The price was good considering the turnaround.

I went along to this company on Monday afternoon as a walk-in customer at their location, situated between Moorgate and Liverpool Street railway stations, having seen reviews on Google. I wanted to have a cracked screen repaired. I liked the fact that the cost of a screen repair for my specific phone could be determined in advance on their website. At the premises , I met Stephen who took some details along with the phone. By the end of the day I had received an email to indicate that the repair had been done and requesting payment. I collected my phone with a new screen the next morning. A very efficient and effective service. I hope that they thrive.
