Couldn’t give them 5 stars fast enough. I’m still sitting in their office and they fixed the issue with my laptop in 10 minutes when Geek Squad quoted me 3 days and a much higher cost. Literally saved the day. Very knowledgable too.

Incredible service! I appreciate Sean’s quick and thorough support. I walked in with a Razer Blade gaming laptop that was not turning on. Another repair shop told me that it might be a GPU or board issue, which meant a costly repair. However, Sean diagnosed it and solved the issue within barely 15 minutes of me entering. All for FREE since it was a simple power issue. He also provided a complimentary cleaning service for my laptop. Highly, highly recommend this place👍👍👍

I just took my computer there and in a day they fixed it and was very detailed in letting me know what was wrong and worked with me to find the best affordable option and are very honest in what they do. They recovered my dying hard drive of it's very valuable data and saved me so much grief. Best customer service I ever had. I will always go back to them and will always recommend them. Listen, I’m not saying these guys are wizards, but I walked in with a Latest NVIDIA Gaming Desktop that had the personality of a brick and walked out with a machine that’s faster than my morning coffee kicks in. My desktop computer was charged $200 by another shop that misdiagnosed my repair, and these guys identified my *real* issue immediately and helped me from a more expensive repair by the other shop. They are brilliantly knowledgeable—seriously, they speak 'computer' better than I speak English—They are genuinely the friendliest team I’ve encountered. Do yourself a favor: Don't go anywhere else.
