Stay clear Hugo Boss recommend this place after purchasing a suit. Need a suit altered they messed up the sleeves buttons move and are now over lapping and the is all wrinkled and will not iron ou. A waste an expensive suit and £80. for the pleasure of them doing it. Stay clear

Paid £40 to change a zipper, which i informed them to make it a bit larger. Guess what, nothing, they made the dress smaller and i couldn't wear it. Money wasted, had to borrow a simple dress for my sisters wedding. Never again, will i use your services.

I’ve used Stitches to tailor any new jeans I buy and have used them for around 2 years. They’ve recently taken up my YSL, D&G and MK jeans which now fit me perfectly, with no issues or errors whatsoever. The staff are really accommodating and the wait time has been really good, ranging from hours to the longest being a few days. Price is really reasonable and I’ll continue to use them as my first choice tailor. Thanks to all the Stitches team!

After using these guys for ten years, really disappointed and won’t be using them again. Spent £70 on altering three garments, but mistakes were made on all of them. A 1.5 inch waist expansion request, that should have been refused as not possible, turned out as 1 inch and a brand new pair of trousers were left damaged (pictured). Took items back but manager was dismissive from the start. Got a partial refund leaving me £40 down plus cost of a pair of brand new damaged trousers. Look elsewhere.
