DO NOT take your pet to this place if you truly love & care for your love one(s). Although the front desk staff are really nice & friendly, the technician and one of the doctors I encountered are really BAD and impatient. They seem don’t really care about your love ones & appear to be cold without emotion. After the “Dr.” took my love one to the back of the house where I was not present to do the exam. She just sent out her technician to tell me the results with some paper of the information about the diseases my love one has. And then tell me to read it myself. No verbal consultation whatsoever. Ironically I could even hear that the “Dr.” told the technician what & how to tell me about the results behind the door. I can not imagine my own doctor treat me like this. Just send his nurse to tell me the results of my medical exams with some handouts telling me to read it myself about the problem I have. A very bad & unpleasant experiences with them.

Took my cat in for his annual wellness appointment. First time client. Wonderful friendly staff! They were amazing with my cat and educated me on various things throughout the appointment. Booked my appointment request through the Yourgi app. Super easy and user friendly. Definitely recommend!
