I have worked with Keith for over 10 years for repair and purchase of refurbished equipment. I have bought several refurbished computers, monitors, & printers for home and business. I have never has any problems with any one of the items I have purchased or had him fix. He is honest, fair and will explain all options available. He does not upsell. He has a wide price range of refurbished equipment and will work with your budget and help you get the right equipment for the job you need it for. I highly recommend him for repair or purchase of refurbished products. There are not enough good people like Keith to be found. He is perfect for people like me; who are not very computer oriented.
A few years ago my PC hard drive was failing. I brought it to Keith and he saved all my stuff and transferred it to a used computer I purchased from him. I have been very satisfied with the trouble free time I have had with it since. Now it's time to switch to Windows 11. I have purchased another used computer from Keith and am having him transfer all my stuff once again. I have been very satisfied with Strike Twice and recommend him to all.
Keith was absolutely awesome! We had a big job transferring restaurant programs to a new computer and hard drive and faced a lot of obnoxious obstacles from the programmer that Keith was able to overcome. He was honest and kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process. Would recommend!
I highly recommend Strike Twice, I have purchased reconditioned Computers and a laser all purpose printer from Keith. He stands by each of his products. I have had to get up grades on hard drives and he switched me over to solid state drives. Service is handled perfectly, short turnaround. Keith is very pleasant to work with as a customer. My second review of Strike Twice in the last year. Since June 2020 I have purchased two computers from Keith. The first was a previously owned, but much improved (by Keith) machine. I had a number of problems with it that, I don't believe, were related to the hardware, but rather some of the software I had been using. Keith was very generous with his time and efforts to help me resolve the issues. However, I'd finally had enough of it and decided to purchase a new PC from him. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service, the hardware, and Keith's very generous efforts in helping me get back on board with projects, internet surfing, and completing tasks at hand. My new HP PC is on the left. I bought a second and used monitor from him (in the middle), and the camera on top of that monitor. Keith is and always will be the first person I contact when it comes to resolving computer issues and purchasing equipment. He's a great fellow to work with, has a great sense of humor and is #1 in my list. Thank you Keith for everything over the past year.
