Update: she has refused to take bookings from me now. I assumed because I told my truth here 🤷🏾‍♀️ Yung is an amazing person, who is deeply passionate about her process - thorough, gentle and clean. However, scheduling and keeping appointments are a nightmare. Every time I attempt to secure an appointment online, I have to wait 3 - 7 days for it to be confirmed. 1 week ago, I attempted to book for Aug (which was available online), I did not get a response so, I text the number listed; to get a response that she is unable to approve my requested time. No alternative options, just a "enjoy your summer!" response.

Yung Ai is beyond professional in her demeanor and the services she provides. I’ve been coming here for over a year and have always had a great experience. I once went to someone else as Yung Ai was booked, and immediately regretted my services as this esthetician rushed and didn’t use sugaring, although it was advertised as a sugar wax. I rave to all my friends about Yung AI’s service

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting Yung Ai yesterday for a sugaring appointment. Her space is clean, inviting, and she made me feel so comfortable. She is so kind and friendly as well as did a KILLER job and was pretty much pain free. I Will Definitely be going back to her this was probably one of if not THE best experiences I’ve had getting this service. Would give her 7 stars if I could highly, highly, highlyyyyyy recommend!

I just met Yung Ai for the first time and let me tell you this is a special woman! She is so welcoming, kind and made me feel so comfortable in her presence. She is clearly passionate about what she does, and takes pride in her work. I will never go back to waxing, and I look forward to continuing to see her on a regular basis. If you’re looking for this type of service in the area, I really could not recommend her enough.

¡El mejor lugar para la depilación con azúcar en Oakland! Llevo aproximadamente un año yendo a Sugar Sanctuary. Yung Ai es muy amable y su espacio siempre está limpio. Su proceso de depilación con azúcar es prácticamente indoloro y nunca volvería a ir a nadie más después de haber ido a ella. La depilación con azúcar de ella también dura significativamente más que en cualquier otro lugar al que he ido. ¡Ella es la mejor!
