Not only took my phone and put this rating in (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) after asking me to get my case from my car, the original quote was for $110 over the phone but final charge was $170. EDIT: thats your response??? you never opened my phone?? I agree. While picking up, I logged into my phone to verify things were working. The screen was not completely attached. YOU said to get my case and that the glue would take 2 hours to dry. I went to my vehicle to get my case and came back in to you USING MY PHONE. only later that evening did I notice the 5 star rating YOU left!. This is my PERSONAL phone, you have no right to invade my privacy to leave a review for yourself. Beware everyone! the screen is great, does exactly as they said, but LOCK YOUR PHONE or they will invade your privacy!

I had an excellent experience with this phone repair shop! My iPhone had a cracked screen and battery issue, and they fixed both quickly and at a very reasonable price. The staff were super friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. They even tested the phone in front of me to make sure everything worked perfectly before I left.
