I just left the 4th Street store where I was met by Tommy. He was very courteous and observant and diagnosed my issue within a minute and I left with peace of mind knowing my phone was back in working order. Great Service by Certified techs as noted on the wall of the tiny, clean, and professional chain/franchise. My service needed and received same day was for a shattered glass screen only, Pixel 9, no insurance about $240. I am also trying the insurance/warranty Service - (initially to reduce the bill, though I am pretty sure it is similar to carrier quoted #s a year ago) roughly 40/mo. and can add about 4 other devices including some appliances. Next time (I hope there is no next time!😌) $99 to replace. I was leary at first, but the folks behind the desk built my confidence. And I really appreciated the opportunity for same day service!🤩

Tommy was very helpful and said that my phone probably didn't need to be fixed and just needed to be cleaned. I took my phone up to the shop and he cleaned it up for free. I offered to pay but he said it wasn't a big deal, it took him about 30 seconds to clean it out and now it's as good as new. Thanks Tommy

Extremely impressed by the overall service of Tommy and the staff at the 4th street and 17th ave location. The customer service was unmatched to anywhere i previously visited. Took a little longer than I expected because of a few problems all of which were fixed with knowledgeable professionalism. They were able to bring my dead s 21 ultra back to life a act that left me Extremely Grateful. Thank you so much.
