Great car wash. Accidentally spilled my coffee while vacuuming but luckily they had rag/ cloths nearby for me to address the spill. I'm sure those can be used for other things but I know how well they came in handy for that!

I really liked this place,gave me an alternative to Blue Whale up the road, I even splurged extra for the high dollar wash. Immediately after I first went in the machine wasn't applying the soap correctly, The spinners didn't wash my hood or the top of my car, and when I got to the end the tire scrubber thing didn't do my tires, and the very last and important was the wind machine didn't even drive my car off. Needless to say I won't definitely be going back there again.

Not a good car wash. Had to go through twice just to get the windshield cleaned. Wiped off lots of dirt and grim that should have been removed in the wash. Would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Damaged my vehicle, denied my damage claim, and then refused to show me the video evidence of the damage occurring until I drafted a legal complaint. The manager on duty was untrained and unhelpful. Staff later said as much. I had to return the next day, with my broken components not addressed, just to submit the damage claim. They hid behind “corporate” to deny the claim and take no responsibility. After the damage occurred I did some research - this is not unheard of for cars like mine and yet this company does nothing to inform or protect clients from potential damage. Shameful to know about the risk and do nothing to let the public know. If I were you I’d go looking for another car wash. Don’t gamble your vehicle’s safety with this company.

This is by far the best carwash experience I've ever had. I'll break it down: 1. Pull up to the cashier lanes, one lane is to pay the cashier themselves and the other lame is for people with a membership. Memberships appeared to be low price and they even have one membership for two cars for $30 a month 5 washes a month. 1a. They have complimentary coffee, they give you a pre moistened wipe for your dashboard, you get to select the air freshener that you'd like, small plastic trash bag and they give you a receipt with a coupon if you pay through the cashier lane because you have no membership...yet! 2. After paying and getting all the extra goodies you follow the road into the car wash line, You'll note 3 associates: one leading you in, and two on either side of your vehicle for extra scrubbing. Even if you get the ultimate car wash it is less than 10 minutes. The only reason they didn't get five stars was because my experience with the dryer at the end of the carwash wasn't that great, I noted it left the front of my car still wet which resulted in water spots because I didn't have a towel with me. Other than that I would have given it 5 Stars. 3. After your car is washed you have two options, you can either continue going straight which leads you out to an exit near river or you can turn right into the free vacuum area. This is where I realized it was better than all the other car washes around town. Not only do they have a handicap space for handicap drivers but they also how sturdy awnings with vacuums and the tiny air compressor thing for small areas. Trash cans are clearly in front of each vacuum Bay and best of all the trash can has a space for recyclable material as well as trash. Happy washing!
