I came for breakfast and I got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich with a blueberry lemonade. It tasted amazing. The atmosphere was also really cozy. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Please consider this if you aren't sure what to get people during the holiday season. This is the first time I've ever used SweetLaLa's and I will be doing this from here on out during the holiday season. They have a custom sticker option you can get on cookies. For my order I got a bunch of cookies individually wrapped with a sticker that read: Happy Holidays from Destiny on each cookie. This is absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to get something for a large group of people like coworkers, office personnel, neighbors, patients, teachers, and friends that still feels like it has a personal touch. THE BEST PART is they delivered everything for only $20 more. I will definitely be using Sweet LaLa's next year during the Christmas season. Thank you guys for such a flawless experience. This was the most painless gift giving I've ever done.
I appreciate that they are known for their sweet treats, but they are often low in traffic and low in inventory and I often find that they’re treats are too large and really wish that had more savory items for lunch. I think that’s really the bakery is falling short, because maybe I don’t have a full 45 minutes for lunch, but instead of pimento cheese which they are often out of, I’d like to chose chicken salad sandwich on a croissant in a quiet small bakery, but instead I just get offered prepackaged crackers. Subpar for a bakery that focuses too much on such large portions of sweet and hardly ever has any in stock.
My first interaction with Sweet LaLa's left a lasting impression, thanks to their prompt and courteous responses to my queries and requests. I designed a custom birthday cake for my daughter, which turned out to be everything I had envisioned and more. The cake's presentation was remarkable, and its flavor was divine, with a delightful melt-in-your-mouth sensation. When I placed another order for my sister's baby shower, Sweet LaLa's once again delivered outstanding service. They helped make both events memorable, and I sincerely appreciate their dedication to excellence. I strongly recommend Sweet LaLa's to anyone…chef's kiss!!
Really, really enjoyed this breakfast/sweets shop! We got a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage, cheese (ESC) on a croissant; biscuit sandwich with ESC, and a biscuit sandwich with crispy bacon, pimiento cheese, and greens. The biscuits were so buttery and soft! And as a pimiento cheese critic, I was so pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The bacon and greens added a nice crunch to contrast the soft biscuit and cheese. The ESC sandwiches were very yummy, as well. Very safe if you are not an adventurous eater. We also ordered a cappuccino, hot (plain) latte, and a dark chocolate mocha. The coffee was delicious, and I cannot recommend the dark mocha enough - the dark chocolate and coffee flavors compliment each other so well. The waitstaff is super friendly and helpful, and the space is really nicely decorated. I wish I had taken pictures of it! TLDR: definitely check this place out!
