I have been training with Makda for over a year now. She is absolutely amazing 👏. I love her tailor-made and holistic approach to my physical and mental well-being. It's an eye opener for me to learn the callisthenics techniques step by step. Under her guidance I have changed my eating habits and started taking relevant supplements. I can now do things previously unimaginable. Her caring and encouragement truly motivate me to go the whole hog. I did not know training can be exciting. I started PT for the first time in my life with Makda and over the past 10 months I’ve been lifting heavier than I ever have in my life. I’ve been training with Makda for almost a year now, and she’s honestly amazing. After I fractured my back in an accident, she put together a plan that helped me rebuild my strength and confidence, guiding me every step of the way. Thanks to her, my back is as strong as ever.
