I had such a great experience at The Movement House. Monica was fantastic to communicate with and made organising my appointments incredibly easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my Gyrotonic sessions — the method felt amazing for my body and the instruction was always supportive and clear. The studio also offers reformer group Pilates and private sessions, and the space itself is clean, bright and welcoming. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I did my STOTT PILATES Intensive Reformer training at The Movement House with Lisa, and it was such a rewarding experience. Lisa is an incredible teacher. She packs every session with practical teaching hacks and tips that you can immediately apply. Her style is both challenging and fun, which kept me motivated and inspired throughout the course. The studio itself has a great atmosphere and the location is unbeatable, right in front of Gadigal Metro, making it super convenient. The course really pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way, and I walked away not only with stronger teaching skills but also with more confidence in myself. I’d highly recommend The Movement House for anyone looking for high-quality STOTT training with a supportive and dynamic teacher like Lisa.
Absolutely love The Movement House! The studio is clean, bright, and well-equipped. The instructors are super friendly and patient—perfect for beginners like me. I always leave the class feeling stronger and more refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into Pilates!
I’ve been here for only 3 times and already fell in love with the studio. Great location, it’s near Museum station and Metro. I joined Monica&Lily’s class, they are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I can follow all of the movement easily thanks to their clear instructions! Very recommended and definitely will come back here again when visiting Sydney!
I’ve been taking private Pilates sessions for a while now here and it has been an amazing journey. My coach is incredible, always guiding me to improve, so knowledgeable and encouraging. The 1:1 attention has made a huge difference in my progress, and I can feel my body becoming stronger and more balanced with every session Oh! Also their group classes are limited to a maximum of 6ppl, ensuring a comfortable, uncrowded environment so the coach can give more attention to each student and correct our posture. Highly recommended 👍
