Great value for money and a lovely experience. Prices are fair, and one of the highlights is being able to watch the staff prepare the tea right in front of you, it’s calming and fascinating at the same time. They also sell a beautiful selection of tea herbs and a range of tea accessories, which makes the place even more special. The space is tiny but quality of the tea really stands out, and the whole atmosphere feels thoughtful and well curated. A wonderful spot for tea lovers or anyone looking for something a little different and special.
Had their Ice matcha latte with oat milk and it was on point! Staff were friendly. Cute little store, seatings out front.
I am such a huge fan of this shop. Truly is the BEST in Perth. In my opinion, even the best in Australia and probably one of the best in the world. I used to work in Perth City and stumbled this whimsical little gem as I ventured in and out of The Treasury COMO hotel. I even had opportunity to stay at the hotel for my birthday this year, and again I indulged in ordering amazing teas from Teassential. My girlfriend and I even celebrated my morning tea birthday catch up at Teassential about 8 years ago. We ordered some slices of cakes and our favourite gourmet teas and I also had some flowers delivered and placed on our small round table by the front door balcony of the shop. What a moment. Really loved it. They have amazing, original and authentic blends that I simply adore. I took pictures and videos of the ones I always buy. I usually go there in person when I am in Perth. I love browsing, smelling and tasting their team. Choosing the best will be your only struggle. Over the years I have obtained my favourites. For the past few months I am struggling with two cancers. It has been very difficult for me physically and emotionally. But I am so happy when I know that I can order them online. Today I received my super favourite tea blends. They are simply the best. As you can see I bought a lot. They are crowd pressers too. When I have friends over, I serve them these teas. I know a couple of them now frequents to Teassential. I am always proud to introduce them to my family and friends because they really are so gorgeous. Love the taste and I love the benefits I get from drinking their teas. Everything was very reasonably priced. i was kinda expecting for me to come collect my drink when it was ready but it was unexpectedly nice to have my order handed to me while i was seated waiting idk its just a small thing i noticed. the teas are very fragrant i’d go here more often if it was more convenient to get to.
Omg I was so excited when I saw this store/bar on Google Maps as stocking Matcha green tea. Teassential was a lifesaver for me! On my Australia holiday I kept having the worst Matcha wow (what is with Aus and it’s terrible tea) until I went to Teassential! They made me an excellent classic hot Matcha. It was heaven. They use proper “ceremonial grade” Matcha powder with none of the silly additives. The store is so gorgeous as well! They have an extensive wall of beautiful boutique teas, and let you experience them in such a cute way. It’s worth a visit just for the unique Insta pics.. so aesthetic. I loved sitting out the front looking out onto the park. Seating is limited though because it’s a small space. It’s very cute. The staff were wonderful both times I managed to visit before I flew back home. I’m wishing I lived nearby just so I could make Teassential my regular. The man whom I’m assuming may be the manager or owner, was really great and made sure all was tip top. Thank you Tea team.
