He was such a gentleman. I took my phone in due to a botched phone repair. My phone screen had gotten replaced, but my antenna was messed up/missing and I didn't even have biometric abilities on the phone anymore. Although the damage done to my phone by another tech repair shop was irreversible, the young gentleman at Techy was very nice, reasonable and did great explaining the issues that were done to my phone. He did his best to help me and did so wonderfully. I'll definitely be going back for any more technical needs.
Usually don’t do google reviews, but when I brought my phone in to him I had a feeling it was done. He actually made it work and spent extra time ordering extra parts and installing them at no extra charge. They actually care here doesn’t seem all about the money. Awesome place
These reviews are wild! I am from Kentucky and my charger port stopped working & he fixed it in a 1hr, he was patient & kind! He showed me step by step about my phone and the changes he had made! Thank you so much ☺️
The guy who works here his name is Tim is a such a great worker!! He tells your estimate on your products! :) must come back again
Be sure to have your ducks in a row along with your questions as the person working here is quite impatient. This is a repair shop, NOT an IT support, any questions you may have regarding operating systems or apps on your devices will go unanswered. You will be told to contact the vendor you bought it from directly, definitely not the Apple genius bar
