Overall, they've been a reliable repair shop. I've been to others consistently and they're either not there, or will decline for the smallest of things. My experiences here have been overall enjoyable and quick. I originally was told 2 weeks and that got ramped up to 2 days. They're communicative, and will actually try. Big appreciation especially to Scott, dudes pretty capable. Overall I recommend this place
Just wanted to thank Jesse and the team for making my experience seamless. I came it a little before closing after work and Jesse went to work on my phone. I assumed I would have to leave it over night, but Jesse had my phone fixed and ready to go before closing. Thank you so much again!!
I had a great experience at uBreakiFix. My phone screen was completely broken and black—I couldn’t use the front screen at all. Jessie told me it would be ready in about 4 hours, but he finished it in under 2 hours! Excellent customer service, very fast, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repairs.
Felt very pleased with the service I received. Very clear communication. Very kind. I will be a return customer. Scottie and Quinn are very patient and very knowledgeable. Jessie was very helpful getting me started and Scottie and Quinn helped me to wrap up the service. Really enjoyed meeting them all.
Got my zfold 4 screen replaced. Before was very water resistant. I have taken in the pool and gotten some cool underwater picks of my grandkids. When they did the repair, I asked the counter person "will this be water resistant like it was?" She stated yes, it should be like it originally was. I had my doubts so no more under water pics. But I fell in the pool to my waste with my phone in my pocket. I was instantly out. My phone cut out and was bricked. They said they do not guarantee against water and that they can't be sure that the seals are good when they replace them. So I took the back cover off and found that there was so little adhesion that I was able to pull it off with my thumb nails. No tools needed. Having repaired my phones before I know that this is not supposed to be the case. It appears like they either reused the existing glue, or they used an inferior aftermarket foam strip that really didn't even contact the back glass. So for their saving a buck I am put a phone that I loved and a lot of data. I also noticed there are about 8 immediately visible screws missing. Without even going any further than the rear glass cover. You can see the empty holes in the pictures
