The people at the counter were very courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the tire I needed wasn't readily available so they had to order one. Once it arrived, they was able to remove the old tire and replace the new one really fast!
I’ve been going here for two years to get my oil changed. I bought a new car and needed my license plate plates put on and asked if they could help me out. They definitely could. FOR $179 THIS IS AN INDICATION OF HOW THEY TREAT THEIR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
I worked with Sam at Telle tire. I had a tire that was purchased at my old tire shop 3 how away, but it had a warranty on it. Sam was able to work with the warranty company so I was able to get a credit towards the replacement tire. I showed up at 12:30, and I was out the door by 2:30. Honestly the longer part was the warranty company getting the credit towards my replacement tire processed. Sam was VERY helpful, and I have a new place to take my other car to when I'm ready for my next set of tires. Thanks guys!
Took my car to Telle to have them look it over since I purchased it used. Glad to say my experience was amazing, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The work they did was reasonable, tires, brakes, wheel alignment, and a couple of other things were done and done in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back for any of my car repairs or maintenance. If you’re looking for a reasonable and honest mechanics Telle is where you want to go. Thank you guys for everything.
I had a great experience at this Telle Tire location. Cam answered my initial questions by telephone and then Robin helped from start to finish on the service needed. Both were very patient with my questions. The estimate and service were prompt and seemed to be a fair and reasonable price (replacing the struts, new tires and alignment). I am very satisfied and will return as needed. The car seems to be running better than it has in a long time!
