Unprofessional as hell. I booked a in-person notary service. Arrived for said appointment, called from outside in the rain to advise I had arrived because the building is locked. She answered the phone and when I say “I’m here for my appointment for notary services.” She literally says “You have an appointment? With me?” Like girl who else if I’m calling YOUR loser business number. Then proceeds to say she can send an address for me to go to where she is 10 minutes away. Lady just refund me so I can spend my money where they know how to run a business.

Completely unprofessional. I used her once before for some documents. First time I had a good experience. Second time was horrible. I needed that document asap and she had me stressing all day and night. She told me she had dinner when she decided to respond and she didn’t think to tell me that ahead of time so I could find someone else. Avoid if you don’t want to be waiting like a dummy.

The notarization was instantly rejected at the courthouse. We tried multiple times to reach her to redo for us but no response. A refund should be delivered to a man’s family that is dying. Looks like the expiration date was manipulated

Worst experience ever! Lost my time and money! I went over Tiffany's home office for a title transfer, she was unprofessional since the very beginning by being constantly on her phone. She did not tell me that I needed to have insurance and an inspection done to do the job until the last minute. I had no choice but to go back to her home office as she would not answer her phone neither reply to my text messages 9 remails. She refunded me part of my money because she charged me $170 as a base fee when we agreed it was going to be less... Save yourself time and money and get someone with a business office. She got mad and was very rude when i showed up to her house asking for my original title and my money back.
