Wow! I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with Andrea and Allen! We knew absolutely zero about exactly where we wanted to purchase in the Triad. Andrea Wilhelm is exceptional. She is professional, hardworking, client centered, and goes above and beyond. She helped my husband and I buy our first home together in Hamilton Lakes area in Greensboro, NC, and it was during the recession, when Mike was between careers and I was a doctoral student. This wasn't an easy thing to do, and I'm not sure how she did it. We loved that house. We lived there for 4 years until we both got academic positions at R1 universities and moved. We had no problem selling the house and she helped us with that too. Because of Andrea we had a home at one of the most special times in our lives, a time of growth and development. I'm not sure we would have been as successful at that critical juncture if we were renting, or not comfortable, or distracted, etc. We are in a completely different developmental stage in our lives now, and part of that success we believe is due to Andrea. She has demonstrated trustworthiness, follow through, and being client centered over time. She has established relationships throughout the community due to her patterns of excellence. It was over 16 years ago when my family enlisted Andrea Wilhelm to assist us in finding a home in northwest Greensboro. Andrea was completely thorough and stayed with us from beginning to end, finding the best home for our family of four. We had daughters in elementary and middle school at that time. We enjoyed our home and neighborhood for those past 16 years. This year, I was offered a new job and decided to move to eastern North Carolina. We again sought Andrea to work with us to sell our home. Andrea and her team at The Art of Southern Realty did a great job listing our home, advising us of needed upgrades to our home and evaluating the ever-changing market. Andrea and her husband personally went above and beyond to make sure the house was always in top condition as we had already moved to our new home. Andrea was able to represent us, so we did not need to travel for the closing. They took care of all the details from beginning to end until our home was sold. Andrea was instrumental in keeping our home market ready. The professionalism and caring spirit from Andrea and her husband Allen were exceptional!
