Zane has renewed my faith in realtors after several experiences that were not very good. I initially contacted him and asked if he could assist in valuing a house that was inherited in order to let a family member decide if they wanted to purchase it. Within 24 hours he took the time to perform an analysis and gave me his opinion. He did this with no obligation to get compensated. We soon listed with him and he had us a contract immediately. He always acted with complete professionalism and kept us timely informed along the way. If I need realtor services again, he will be the only one that I consider.
Would highly recommend Zane, great guy and realtor. He was helpful without being pushy. We took about a year to find a house. Zane was with us every step of the way. He listens to what you want and helps you with understanding things that you might not be familiar w. My favorite thing about Zane is while you walk around a house he points out things that could be a concern. He is honest and I believe he does want the best for his clients.

I cannot say enough good things about Zane and his agency. Zane is hands down the best realtor we have ever encountered over 20+ years of various buying/selling experiences. Zane is not only the most knowledgeable realtor I have met, but extremely honest, trustworthy, and an all around great person.
