This studio is beyond any studio I have ever visited before. I look forward to coming everyday. All of the staff and always so friendly and welcoming. The instructors are so informative and encouraging. They offer a variety of classes, a water bottle station in case you forget your water bottle, the merch is super cute. The affect method is easy to follow and keeps you motivated through your practice. I highly recommend trying it out if you’re looking for an amazing community.
Great instructors, great variety of classes, lots of different timeslots. I have been a member for almost two years now. It is an open, welcoming environment where you are encouraged to listen to your body, understanding that you need different things and have different energy levels every day. So you can easily push yourself or take it easy. It's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time.... showing up is half the battle and the great atmosphere at the Attic makes it easier!
The Attic is truly my happy place. I’ve been coming here for barre, yoga, Pilates, and restorative classes, and every single practice has been thoughtful, well-taught, and exactly what I need. The instructors are so warm and supportive, and they create classes that feel both challenging and grounding in the best way. The space itself is beautiful, calm, and welcoming—just being here puts me in a better headspace. Whether I want a sweaty workout, a slow flow, or something restorative, I always leave feeling strong, relaxed, and reset. I can’t say enough good things about this studio. If you’re looking for a place that feels like community and helps you show up as your best self, The Attic is it. 💛
The Attic truly changed my life. Like not an over exaggeration, but seriously. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you step through and feel like you’re part of a community. I’ve taken variations of different classes such as Barre, aerial pilates, yoga and hot Pilates from various instructors whom are all informative and passionate about the practices they teach. I joined the studio a year and a half ago now from my friend convincing me for a while as to prep for my wedding and lost 15 pounds and have stuck to my routine since. There is now reformer Pilates that was just added a month ago which is a total game changer intense workout 🥵. If you want to sweat it out, have your core burn, and learn functional controlled exercises this is truly the place to be and feel like you belong. A total judgement free zone. Megan the owner puts her all into the studio and truly cares about the needs of those who attend and providing amenities, lounge space, and further developing the studio in multiple ways.
I just got back from attending a yoga retreat to Nicaragua led by Megan from The Attic Yoga and I absolutely loved my experience! This week long retreat surpassed my expectations and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, relaxing getaway. The location was gorgeous, the plant-based food was delicious and the entire week was planned very tastefully. Megan did a wonderful job incorporating optional yoga, pilates, meditation, breath work and journaling into everyday (for me it was a no brainer to take advantage of every activity)! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I would definitely attend another retreat with Megan and The Attic Yoga! 10/10 💜
