Everything about this place is great. The food is spectacular & seasoned to perfection. Customer service gets a A+. They're very attentive to your needs. Atmosphere was very chill, the lighting is just right, & they even have a outside seating area. It's very nice for a romantic date night or just a quiet family outing. Music was vibe and not to loud. The only issue is parking. It's very hectic with the Bistro sitting on a corner of 1 of the busiest Dallas streets, so it's just best to do valet & leave a little tip.
Attended for a birthday happy hour/ dinner the staff were attentive and accommodating. With large parties you can't put tables together in main room but eventually they accommodated us. The service was good..I had the catfish and spaghetti comes with 1 fillet( the pic shows 2 I ordered extra for someone). Would have liked the fish fried a tad bit more, but the flavor was great! Spaghetti has a little spice to it flavor is good. Would come back.

Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. From the starters to the dessert, each bite felt like it had a story. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in both quality and creativity. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. The server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our visit memorable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations without being pushy. The Charlotte delivers on all fronts – incredible food, amazing vibes, and top-tier service. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Highly recommended!
10/10 the food was delish and plentiful. The atmosphere was inviting, chic, and Insta-ready! Our waiter, Tosa was good. He didn't miss a thing. I can't wait to go back! Prices were reasonable. The lamb chops were the meatless I've had. That Peach Bellini drink IS NOT playing!!!
We had a great girls night at the Charlotte. Our shades of brown theme matched the atmosphere and teddy bear decor perfectly. Our waiter was a nice young man, Tag He was extremely attentive and accommodating. The food was a little on the salty side but it was delicious. The drinks were really nice and refreshing as well. We ordered a variety of things ( my friends are foodies) and was not disappointed. I will be adding Charlotte on my list of places to revisit.
