Started taking the Sunday Hyrox small-group classes 4 months before my Hyrox race, highly recommend for those looking to enhance in Hyrox as the classes were a game changer. I struggled with running and endurance, but by the time race day happened I managed to cut my 1K time from 9–10 minutes down to just 5–6 min, while feeling confident in all of the excercises. Or you can forget training for Hyrox and just come for the vibes. Really fun group. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, chill and low-key.
I signed up for my first HYROX and, after hours and hours of searching for a personal trainer, I decided to go with The Crossbreed Collective, best decision ever! Taylor knows exactly what he’s doing and does it with real passion. He’s incredibly patient and supportive. There were many moments I doubted myself, but I left every workout feeling stronger and more confident to take on HYROX. The HYROX group class with Taylor & Allison was also amazing, dynamic, challenging, but still fun! I’d highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking to get stronger, whether you’re starting from the couch, already hitting the gym, or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
Truly the best duo in Dallas. I initially met Taylor and Allison through a friend by going to their Hyrox classes on Sundays. Immediately I felt like I was in my new fitness home. They were so welcoming, explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me to the point where I felt unstoppable. With motivation from Taylor and Allison, and the confidence gained from joining the group classes, I ended up signing up for the actual Hyrox race in Dallas! I also did additional partner workouts coached by Taylor and I have never felt stronger, faster, a more efficient athlete. They 100% got me ready for the race - not just physically, but mentally as well and I cannot thank them enough! If you live in Dallas I HIGHLY recommend getting started with the collective. You will not regret it.
Taylor is a great trainer who leads with understanding and compassion. He will hold you accountable, but his approach is a positive one. He’s very knowledgeable about exercising and nutrition and I trust him completely with my journey. The crossbreed collective as a whole is a collection of folks who are just as positive and friendly as Taylor himself. 10/10 def recommend

Coach Taylor's workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and the length of each workout is perfect with my very busy work schedule.
