Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Capital Fade. During my appointment, I felt my specific requests were overlooked. Although I provided clear instructions for my haircut, the barber dismissed my preferences and completed the cut in just 10 minutes. It was disheartening to realize that I spent more time waiting than receiving the service itself. Moreover, I noticed that D.R. was frequently checking his phone during the appointment, which detracted from the overall quality of service. This lack of focus not only affected the final outcome of my haircut but also raised concerns about the attention to customer satisfaction at your establishment. I believe that exceptional service is vital for maintaining the strong reputation of Capital Fade, and I hope my feedback can be helpful in enhancing the experience for future clients. I was recommended to David by my longtime barber, Mo Barber, who moved to Tulsa. David is an amazing barber, and person. I love how he really listens to what you want and will recommend a style that matches your hair texture. He is very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to speak with. I wanted to find a barber that could do amazing fades and still be able to cut the top hair, and David excels at both. I never leave the chair disappointed. He is truly a maestro with the clippers. And it’s always a pleasant experience when I go see him and the boys in the shop.
David Vargas is hands down the best barber we've ever had. He is incredibly talented, kind, and patient, with an impressive work ethic that truly sets him apart. David started cutting my boys' hair when my youngest was just 3 years old, and his ability to work so well with young children is remarkable. He always takes his time, ensuring every cut is perfect, and I've never left feeling anything but amazed at his work. David's shop is consistently clean, has a pleasant smell, and maintains a welcoming and professional atmosphere. It's clear that everyone here takes pride in providing a top-notch experience.
