Amazing place!! My son saw Marissa for his haircut today and my goodness, I’m incredibly grateful to her! My son has some sensory issues which I mentioned prior to his cut. I wasn’t sure how he would react in this setting as it was his first professional cut. It went better than I expected. Marissa was kind, patient, engaging and gave notice before doing anything. I appreciate her level of care and thoughtfulness. My son is beaming with pride, he loves his hair and had a great experience here. Definitely found a permanent spot to take him.
Had an appointment with Kevin yesterday and he did an amazing job, I was a bit late to my appointment due to weather, I left 20 minutes early when it was 10 minutes away and it took nearly 30 minutes to get there. He did not rush and took his time, haircut turned out amazing. I will definitely be making this spot my go to barber now, thank you again for everything!!
EDIT: The owner reached out right away, apologized for the mix-up, and refunded the charge. I really appreciate that they took the time to make things right. Mike has been a great barber, and I look forward to continuing to be a client of his. I’m glad the shop handled things with honesty and professionalism in the end. I’ve been a regular customer at this barbershop for quite some time and have always supported their business. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I had to cancel an appointment last minute due to an unexpected and serious health issue — I had just been diagnosed with Lyme disease and was extremely unwell. Despite explaining the situation, I was still charged a full no-show fee. I completely understand the importance of cancellation policies, but I expected a bit more understanding and compassion from a business I’ve supported regularly. It’s unfortunate that a long-time customer relationship ended over something that was truly out of my control. Mike has been a great barber, I hope he finds a new barbershop that is more compassionate to their loyal customers.
Found my new place! I find it difficult to find a good barber. I need to vibe with them and if it’s not done right, I’ll wait until I find somewhere I like. I had my first appointment there today with Kevin. The atmosphere is great, the haircut was great, and the staff is awesome. Staff and clients were all vibing together and chatting, the chairs are super comfortable and they made sure you’re taken good care of. I liked my cut, and will be booking there next time as well. Thanks guys!
Great experience, I got my beard done by appointment it was very nice and relaxing experience compare to others. Littel experience but totally worth money. Staff and vibe of the place both are awesome.
