Amazing service I’ve been going for the past three years and I am so happy every time with my results. I cannot shave due to allergies and even though it does hurt a little bit to get waxed. Waxing by far is so worth it. I am always left super smooth and their attention to detail to make sure that they get every single hair is the reason I keep going back. I have experienced other companies wax jobs and nothing compares to The Suger Cube. I also really do love that they use environmentally friendly wax. Which is important to myself personally.
I absolutely love Sugar Cube. I even drive over 30 minutes from another city because my experiences here have been consistently excellent. The space is always clean and sanitary, the staff are incredibly kind, respectful, and thoughtful (they truly remember their clients), and the service is fast, efficient, and always well done. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my wax, and even though it’s out of the way for me, I’ll happily keep coming back.
I won't share pictures for obvious reasons, but I have been going to the Sugar Cube regularly for my Brazilian and other body hair removal. Both sugarists that I've worked with are wonderful, providing a relatively painless experience while making sure to give aftercare tips and advice. The best part of the experience is how comfortable they make you feel, with excellent banter and conversation while using products that feel amazing on my sensitive skin. The only negative is that sometimes the parking beside their building is full, but this is absolutely not the Sugar Cube's fault! I highly recommend the Sugar cube, and if the parking is full there is plenty of street parking usually within a couple of blocks.
The BEST sugaring studio in the KW region! When you arrive for your appointment, there is always a lovely sugar-savvy professional there to greet you (so if you have any nerves, don't worry too much!). This is the place to go for a natural and effective hair removal service, regardless if you're a first-timer or a sugaring devotee! There is NO judgement from anyone on the team (they're all super nice) before, during, or after your appointment. Each person is trained with beauty science theory and equipped with the skills to perform the sugaring process. The space itself is clean, minimalistic, and inviting. A special shoutout to Jen, my forever favourite sugar gal who's made me fall in love with taking care of myself.
I have been going to the sugar cube for about 6 months and honestly, they’re awesome. When I first went I had never waxed or anything so I was nervous, but the experience was pleasant (as pleasant as it can be lol), Amber talked me through everything. I have been waxed by every employee here and they are all great. Highly recommend the sugar cube!
