The Lantern is one of the best places in Louisville for a haircut. Not only is the shop itself very aesthetic, but the service is top notch. My barber, Joey, did an excellent job at taking my input, giving advice on what he’d recommend, and following through with what he outlined to me. He gave me a better version of a haircut I’ve been happy with in the past! Not only was the haircut great, but Joey is a real standup guy who will carry an interesting conversation. 10/10 would recommend.
This place is amazing. Probably the best designed barber shop ive ever been too. Beautiful lay out and the vibes were awesome. Ian took his time and gave me the best cut ive had in a long time. I found my new barber in him. Great conversations, friendly staff and great prices. Other shops should take notes. 10/10 experience.
This haircut was more than just your average haircut… it was an experience!! From the tools used to the capes and chairs… it’s like being transported back in time!! Plus a free neck shave and hot towel treatment! I will definitely be back!!
I've been getting a cut from Evan the past few years, and its great to see the new shop! His attention to detail was always clear in his last shop, but with the new slower-paced atmosphere at The Lantern, it was a much more enjoyable experience. And really happy to see them offering the straight razor neck shave with the cut. Highly recommend!
Great Space! Very Aesthetic & Joey and Evan are Amazing barbers! I’ve been going to Joey for many months & he’s very consistent and delivers 100% with great style! Definitely recommend to check them out :)
