Clear is a fantastic Pilates instructor. She knows Pilates inside and out and is passionate about educating, building confidence, and developing my potential. Under her guidance I feel safe and enabled and the experience is challenging and fun. The studio is great -- has all (and I mean all) the Pilates gear, is tidy and professional, and parking and access are a cinch. I have no reservations recommending The Pilates Studio PDX to anyone looking for individual or small group (2-3) classes.

This is Pilates instruction at its’ best. I am so fortunate to have found my new Pilates home. I have already improved my technique and have learned so much. The owner is so genuine, kind and caring. She really understands how to guide you to progress the movement. The studio is perfectly new and so delightful. I love coming here every week. I completely recommend this studio and give it the highest marks. Anyone attending classes here will love it. Guaranteed.
