Love this place! Just met with Billy who helped me pick out a new pair of readers. Unlike a lot of shops they’ll also fit new lenses into old frames so I can upgrade my Hackett London readers. Billy even fixed the missing screen in my Ray Ban readers free of charge! If you’re shopping for a new pair of frames check this place out. Great selection and low pressure consultation. 10/10
Here visiting for the weekend, and my glasses were accidentally stepped on. I went to 4 other shops (optometry stores) who weren’t able to fix them before a last chance effort in finding Unoptical. Denise meticulously disassembled the frame and was able to make them back to its original shape. She clearly has the repair skills that nobody else had. Totally amazing and thankful for Denise’s help!
I broke my glasses like two weeks ago and it was taking me forever to find a place that will take my insurance and I finally found this place. I was able to get an appointment ASAP and Hector was very helpful and kind I picked up my glasses today and it took less time then I thought which was great because I reallt needed them. Thank you again!
I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this business. I had bought glasses here before and decided to get a second pair, expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, I was told I’d receive a message when my glasses arrived, but no one ever contacted me. To make matters worse, the staff spoke to me in a harsh tone, as if they were my superiors. And on top of all that, they do not offer any refunds if you don’t like the product you’ve purchased. This kind of rude, dismissive, and inflexible service is completely unacceptable. I expected far better and will definitely not be returning.
I went in for my annual vision check with their optometrist and for my distance vision had changed again. I d coded to get new glasses and have been regular about using them to watch tv and driving. I decided to have some driving sunglasses made too. The Dr was very nice and helpful explaining all the tests and what they were for. I feared having the dye put in my eye to have it dilated and there was an alternative. I have used them for three years and highly recommend the Dr and sales staff. It’s fun getting glasses here.
