The barber rescheduled me multiple times and then told me to pull up, but when I got there the shop was locked and nobody was inside. Communication was poor and my time got wasted. Wouldn’t recommend this shop until they get more reliable.
Great experience the barber I had was great did what I asked for. And took very good care of me.
Rockii is hands down the best barber I've been to. The attention to detail is unreal, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. The atmosphere in the shop is super chill, and Rockii's skills are unmatched. If you're looking for a barber who truly cares about their craft, look here they only have the best of the best!
What he asked for: Skin high fade, don’t touch the top (was at what would be considered a 4 without being combed out) and told him to follow the natural hair line, didn’t ask for anything to be done to his beard What he got: High and tight, ended up with level 2 on top, took his hairline back about 1 inch (not even in a straight line), and cut his sides so far above his eyebrow it’s ridiculous! He messed up several times and just kept taking off more hair and even cut down the top part of his beard below his ear to try and make it look better. We drove over 30 mins passed numerous other shops to come back to this particular barber shop. This cut took over 45 mins, the barber took a before picture and did not take an after picture, I assume because of how bad it looked. I have never seen my boyfriend come out the shop with a look like that on his face or so upset about a hair cut. His regular barber wasn’t there, and whoever they have working up in there could not cut hair this day and my boyfriend had said the other guy sitting in there with the other barber wasn’t happy either and that both of the barbers seemed extremely inexperienced. My boyfriend had no way to see what the barber was doing, as he had him facing the door, and not the mirror until it was already too bad. I’m livid, specifically about how far back his hairline was pushed and the man couldn’t even cut him a straight hairline after doing all that?! Both myself and my boyfriend expected better from VIP cuts. Smh. And he still paid for it, I wouldn’t have.
Lamar is the man! He cut my one year old son's hair. He was extremely professional, patient, polite, accommodating, and did a phenomenal job. He took his time making sure my son was comfortable, provided recommendations, seeked my feedback, and even had a toy trimmer for him to play with to keep him entertained. You earned a new client today! Thanks again, Lamar!!
