Everything was on time. Dr Loh was very efficient, friendly & concerned that I was informed. I have had many MOHS procedures & this was the best I have experienced. Her assistants explained everything clearly & were extremely efficient. It was a positive experience.
What a pleasure to come across Dr. Loh and her staff at the Sutter Health Blossom dermatology department in San Jose the other day. I would highly recommend Dr. Loh, M.D.and only hope I can return to her if I have the need in the future. Dr Loh is very professional, cordial and explained the elements of my Mohs surgery throughout the procedure. I found myself very comfortable in the hands of Dr. Loh's. She was on time and performed the procedure very efficiently in conjunction with her staff and pathologist.
I had to go in for an unpleasant procedure so I was already nervous and definitely not looking forward to being there. Dr. Loh brought a beautiful positive energy and answered all of my questions with kindness and professional expertise. All of this calmed my nerves and made me feel much more at ease. I hope if I ever have to do another procedure that she will be my surgeon. PS. The nurse was also equally as pleasant. They make a great team.
Dr. Loh was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever had. She explained everything very well and professionally, yet was super friendly and fun. She made my procedure comfortable and easier to get through.
What a fine first visit with her! I've had several subs in the last 6 mo. when my regular, wonderful dermatologist was on leave. Dr. Loh stood out for her attentiveness, competence, and great "bedside" manner/ social emotional skills. I definitely would drive the extra mile to see her again for a regular check-up or a surgery, as she did for me.
