We were very happy with the entire TDL team. They provided great advice from the start through to the end of the limestone retaining and landscaping project. The employees for friendly, polite and easy to communicate with. I'd certainly recommend them for any project.
We were extremely happy with everyone at TDL. From the vision and planning process, plant selection, on site pre work visits and communication during the works, the end result is something truly special. We can now utilise both areas and enjoy the spaces TDL has created. Highly recommend TDL for your landscaping project.
TDL designed and managed our total backyard renovation. Works completed included demolition of existing backyard finishes, extensive earthworks, new boundary fencing, pavings, new concrete pool, and gardens. From our first contact with TDL, staff were always so polite. Gavin and David designed a functional space, that maximises our small yard area. Even with the addition of a new pool, the area still feels open and spacious. They were very accommodating to our input into the final design. In time, as the new garden is fully established, we will get the full effect of Gavin's clever garden design, making the area feel green and lush and providing further privacy from neighbours. Jayson was an amazing site manager. We had a relatively smooth construction period, even as we headed into winter, and rain, construction finished pretty much within the expected time frames. With Jayson efficiently scheduling and managing a lot of different contractors on site each week, work was done without any unnecessary delays. Every sub contractor did high-quality work. We are so happy with the outcomes. As the scope of our design included elements requiring planning approvals and building permits, the total time from first site visit to completion was 16 months ( 12 months for the design and approvals phase, plus xmas break, and about 4 months for construction), something to keep in mind, but trust the process, as we have ended up with a beautiful new space, with relatively no stress, as it was so expertly managed by TDL.
We are delighted with our new outdoor living spaces created by the Tim Davies team. The team designed our front, side and rear yards, navigating our needs including dogs and numerous allergies. The design incorporated paving, decking, reticulation, planting, grass, laser-cut screening, lighting, shed, fencing and water feature/ornamentation. The design experience was terrific, including our interactions with Tim, Ruby, Gavin and David. The construction team were also fantastic, led by Jay and Rob. Ethan and Tom were on site daily – all were professional, friendly and hard-working, eliciting positive feedback from neighbours. Other trades on site procured by TDL were of a high standard. Additional requests were managed efficiently by Jay and the project completed as scheduled ahead of Christmas. We now have beautiful outdoor spaces that we want to spend more time in with family and friends. The gardens are transformed in the evening with magical lighting, and we look forward to seeing how they evolve over the years to come. TDL have lived up to their reputation and we couldn’t be happier.
We could not recommend TDL anymore if we tried. They honestly delivered an absolute fantastic landscaping result on our new Karrinyup home. TDL Project Managers Vinson & Carter listened to all our landscaping vision and needs, were patient with design questions, gave great advice and then executed all aspects of the landscape design (concrete, decking, grass, retic, trees, lighting etc.) in great time. From someone in the property development industry we always wanted TDL to landscape our house and Vinson and his team did not disappoint. We are now able to enjoy Xmas on our fresh lawn and host holiday events. Five stars for TDL!
