Very happy with my experience with Total Air Conditioning. George was amazing from the minute I walked into the showroom in Osborne Park until the whole job was complete. George was great at answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable, great in explaining small details. Excellent service by his team. Very happy with my ducted split system, with access through the app. I would highly recommend Total Air Conditioning :)
I contacted TOTAL AIR (Osborne Park) to service my whole house reverse ducted aircon and Dan did an incredible job! The aircon is as good as new and he was also able to troubleshoot why my ducted aircon wasn't working as intended. The original installer wired my 3-zones switch upside down so ON was OFF and vice-versa. Whole house is now like an igloo! I reached out on a Thursday and they booked me the following week, but they called me up the next day (Friday) to let me know there's a slot available tomorrow morning (Saturday), so I booked it in, all done in 2-days. Very professional, efficient and highly recommended!! 😁👍

Huge thanks to Total Air Perth, especially Dan. I contacted Total Air Perth on a Monday during peak summer and was called back the very next day. Despite how busy they were, they managed to get a technician out the same day. After being turned away by other companies, this alone was impressive. Dan arrived exactly on time, listened carefully, and was genuinely determined to find the issue. Multiple companies had failed to diagnose the problem and one even pushed a full system replacement (~$15k). Dan identified the real issue, showed me clear evidence, and provided an honest solution. Pricing was very reasonable, invoicing was prompt, and payment options were offered. I’ve accepted the repair quote and will absolutely be using them again. Total Air Perth have gained a loyal customer and I’ve already started referring friends and family. Outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity.
