Landen was very helpful and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing to service our unit. He was very knowledgeable.and he was also very polite.
Excellent service and attention to details. Tech noticed system was not running at optimal performance for A/C and took action to find slight adjustment required. That makes a significant improvement in performance. That what you’re looking for in HVAC service.

Jeff Barnes has been doing the service maintenance on my heat pump since I had it installed three years ago. He always comes during his appointment window. The is thorough and does a detailed list for the service. I appreciate how the company sends me a reminder to get my heat pump checked to prevent any problems ahead of time. And I know Jeff will be sent to fix it! Thank you !
Brantley was a pleasure! He explained what needed to be done and performed the service well. It was pointed out that we did not have an overflow switch on our drain for the ac. After our approval he installed it the same day and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Everyone we have worked with from Triad from the initial contact to the services we have had performed has been excellent!
