Took my car to get a state inspection and this happened. The last picture is how my car looked when I dropped it off yet still, the manager tried to tell me that my car was damaged when I dropped it off. I understand accidents happen but at least own up to it and stop trying to make excuses so then he ran the camera back and noticed that they did it and took a mallet to try to beat it back down. Now the hood doesn’t open properly.He goes well unfortunately I have to open the hood as part of the state inspection. I didn’t ask you that I asked about fixing my vehicle that your people damaged. I feel like he was trying to treat me like I was slow because I was a female and I don’t appreciate that. mind you this was my first time using them and obviously my last. In my opinion, if you need services, take it somewhere else.
Very professional staff and technicians. Trustworthy!!! They keep you well informed about the work being performed and in a timely fashion! Received texts & pics on my inspection. Fast oil change also. Definitely would recommend.
TOTALED MY CAR by not properly tightening the drive belt resulting in a destroyed cam gear, didn't give me a diagnoses, and tried to charge me $8,000 for a new motor. After threatening suit, they offered $700 actual cash value to buy the $3,500 1999 LS400. See the hole in my exhaust cam cover. Going to go out on a limb and assume they DO NOT use stethoscopes to diagnose engine noise. Never consider using this business.
The service mgr was very polite, and professional. I was given a same day appointment and my wait time was 90 minutes total. The shop is in a safe area of the city and was neat clean w comfy seats.
I was able to get a pre-purchase inspection on short notice and they were very professional, I would come back again.
