Amazing customer service! I walked in without knowing my size at all, and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me figure out what size would work best for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry my size in store, but instead of just saying no, he wrote down the exact size I needed so I could look for it elsewhere. I really appreciated the effort and honesty. Truly great service！highly recommend!

Would give zero stars if I could… absolutely horrible. Helix piercing was down very wrong and at a clear angle, this meant the piercing wasn’t able to heal and instead got very irritated with both bumps on the front and back. I had another piercer confirm it was pierced completely wrong. They also pierced my belly which rejected because the neglected to check if I had the anatomy for it or not. Complete waste of $100. Very disappointed.

Tony was very nice! My daughter was a little nervous but he made it a smooth process. He was confident and smooth which made my daughter more comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing!!! Everyone was super friendly and their hospitality was exceptional. My boyfriend and I done a walk in for a couple tattoo. We had Pat do them and he done a great job. I am very happy and satisfied with our whole experience. We will definitely be returning!!!

I had a great experience here! I called and was able to get a piercing the same day. I got a forward helix and all the guys in there were super friendly and sweet. I was talking to my friend about having a bad day and one of the guys behind the counter cheered me up and just had a great personality. The piercer was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the piercing. Very reasonably priced and a great environment! Highly recommend!
