I took my phone to ubreakifix for repair on January 8, 2026. The receipt stated that the screen would be replaced and I could pick it up on January 9, 2026. However, when I went to pick up the phone on January 10, 2026, the staff informed me that there was bad news: the motherboard was damaged. I believe this damage occurred during the repair process because my phone was working perfectly before I took it in for repair. Now my phone is completely unusable; it won't even turn on. They didn't replace any parts, and they didn't return my SIM card and SIM card tray. They said the good news was that I would receive a new phone, but I had to contact Samsung myself. Now I still don't have a phone. They are not taking any responsibility because my phone is still under warranty, and I'm still waiting for Samsung to contact me.

Zach has the best customer service that I’ve seen in years very friendly lots of information very knowledgeable about his job. Definitely returning customer. I’m gonna tell all my friends have my phone fixed within 2 1/2 hours and I’m so happy forever grateful thank you Zach.

I got a battery stuck in my digital camera and it was so hard to remove. Autumn was very helpful and got it out for me. The best part was that he didn’t charge me any fee. Great customer service and support. They care about students and everyone. Would totally recommend!!!

I came in for a broken hinge on my laptop. While the staff was attentive and very willing to explain the situation, they were extremely disorganized and unwilling to communicate properly. They contacted me once, letting me know that I needed to give consent for them to buy certain parts. I called back a few days later giving consent, and thought I would have my laptop soon. Two weeks later I still had not heard anything from them. When I called in they told me I never reached out after they contacted me multiple times (they only called once) and cancelled my repair request. They did this all without letting me know my order was cancelled, while also still having possession of my laptop. After letting them know I had in fact called in, they told me the man I spoke with on the phone had quit, and there was nothing written about my call with him. Almost a week later, I call in to get an update after they reopened my repair request. At first the person answering tells me my laptop works but my hinges are still broken (the very thing I came to get fixed). I asked him to double check, and he comes back to tell me everything is fine and my laptop is ready to be picked up. I received no notice, call, or email regarding the completion of my repair. Overall the entire process was an enormous mess, but at the very least they gave me an honest price.

My provider Bryan took well care of my gaming computer in fixing the broken LCD screen, the part took a bit to come in but when it did he immediately started working on it! I inspected it and it all came back in a very good condition!
