I was told it would take up to three days to get my switch fixed. It was fixed same day. The staff there are very friendly. The pricing is amazing & the turn around was quick. I'm sure the turn around won't always be quick. But that's ok. My switch works again & I didn't have to buy a new one !!! 😍
Dropped my phone face down this week and the screen shattered 😩 Thankfully realized I had insurance to cover the repair, and a friend had previously spoken highly of the work here at this location of ubreakifix so I felt pretty good about filing the claim. Brought my phone here today and Adam was 100% lovely from start to finish. He was kind, courteous, and even clued me in to a feature on my phone I hadn't been aware of. He quoted about an hour for the repair and it was ready when I showed up a little early. I can't speak to what repairs out of pocket cost/how that compares to other similar services, but am very satisfied with the repair to my phone and appreciated Adam's courteous, efficient, and kind customer service. Hope I don't have to, but would feel good about having to return for any services in the future.
Absolutely botched repair. I cannot believe they thought this was acceptable to return and charge me for. Update: The store manager did reach out and refund the repair. I appreciate that they were persistent in trying to reach out and make it right as I have been hard to get a hold of lately
I am so sorry for the extremely long, detailed, and descriptive review but I wanted to make sure my point was received about my specific experience today at uBreakiFix it- Asurion. I have been there multiple times at this location and the staff am and pm techs are both always on point with all aspects of knowing each new and old products and their needs and how to fix them quickly and correctly!! I personally have always left there happy and satisfied. Anthony and the evening tech who worked tonight were great! Also, tech John G was literally able to pick up my phone and do something quickly and my phone started working again!! Amazing! Customer service: 10 out of 10 Ability and knowledge to fix my problem: 10 out of 10 Ability to communicate with different types of customers about their broken products what needs to be fixed, if parts need to be ordered, and how long it should take till completion. Just like any diagnosing job, you really don't know what's wrong until you get in there. So they have been pretty accurate about their diagnoses! Mostly the techs have been right about 99% of the time for my phone so just my experience this one particular time I would have to say an 8 out of 10. Shout out to anthony and he was wonderful and helped me still walk out happy! $$$: I would say that ubreakiFix it factors multiple postive and affordable variables into their overall price for plans and devices one can purchase additionally. When they received my Samsung 21 FE bloated battery at uBreakiFix it my phone amazingly was returned to me fixed and including a ninety day warranty on the new battery and since they are authorized by Samsung and work with Asurion , you additionally get a thirty day warranty back from Samsung when as well. Unfortunately, whatever you bring whether it's a computer, phone or tablet the brand samgung devices are the only to receive people to recieve the thirty day warranty. Sorry apple users but you still get a 90 day warranty from uBreakiFix on your fixed tech!! And since Asurion insurance is used by most carriers you are able to file a claim at the store and they can explain anything additional needed. Wait time to be helped: 9 out of 10 what can I say they're popular! 0 mins to 7 min wait. Even though there's a new company doing the same thing down the street and I don't believe they are samsung authorized. You get what you pay for and you always get best of both worlds when you come here!!! Overall score: 9.2 out of 10!! Well done!! My Samsung 21FE and Ipad thank u!!! Hopefully, I won't have to see you guys soon, but I know if I need you, you're right next to the walmart in south euclid! This store is inside of the plaza that Walmart is located in so you actually have to drive into the plaza and make a left to even see the store. It's a little hidden, but it's a gem! Thanks again!
Pixel 9a screen replacement. Pics from two days later. Judge for yourself. First we received three different price quotes from three different employees, so clearly they're playing fast and loose with what they charge customers. And now this. Expecting full refund; will update if they make it right.
