My dog gets extremely anxious getting groomed to the point other groomers have told me to sedate him (PetSmart), but Hailey and the folks here get him cleaned up no problem, now I won’t take him anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Love uptown hound! I’ve boarded my dog there twice and they were both wonderful experiences. I especially like having their online portal where they give you daily updates with pictures, any concerns, and how their meal time went. It might seem pricey, but is well worth it. The staff are very friendly, the facility is in great shape, and I feel my dog is in good hands during her time there!

Our little girl absolutely loves going to day care at uptown hounds. The staff are always friendly when picking her up and dropping her off. I check in on her periodically throughout the day thru the live web cam feed they offer and she is always having a great time. The first day she was so nervous as she didn’t know what was going on but the staff made her feel welcomed and the other dogs love playing with her and now she absolutely loves getting to day care. They did send me pics on her first day which was great to see and wish they would do more of that but I can’t say enough great things about uptown hounds. Snooki gets groomed, she plays gets groomed, gets her teeth brushed and even gets to go swimming when we let her. Thank you uptown hounds for all that you do.

I take my 3 dogs there and overall they do a great job. I love getting the pics sent to me when they are complete. I enclosed the latest of my sweet Baylie. For the amount of dogs they have there I’m surprised how well the operation runs. Just an amazing company.
