I’m so thankful for the amazing service and support from the team at VCA. My dog got into a muffin this morning—wrapper and all—and I was really worried about him. The staff was quick to respond, kind, and very reassuring. They explained what to watch for and made sure my pup was safe, which really put my mind at ease. I couldn’t be more pleased with how caring and professional they were. Highly recommend VCA
We received emergency care at VCA Care Center on January 17th at 12:00 a.m., and I cannot say enough about the level of care and professionalism shown by the entire team. We arrived extremely worried, believing our Goldendoodle, Simba, may have been experiencing GDV. Before we even had a chance to park, the staff was already at the door and ready to take him in. Their sense of urgency, compassion, and preparedness immediately put us at ease during a very stressful moment. Simba was given quick scans and immediate medical attention, and thankfully GDV was ruled out. Throughout the process, the team kept us informed, calm, and reassured, explaining each step with clarity and care. The dedication, efficiency, and genuine compassion shown by the doctors, technicians, and support staff truly went above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for how professionally and lovingly Simba was treated. Thank you to the entire VCA emergency team for taking such exceptional care of our dog and for supporting us during a very frightening time. We will always be thankful.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone was amazing and helpful. Kelsey explain everything she was doing for our kitten. The front desk was nice and answered our questions. Great experience considering how sick our kitten was. Really felt like they cared. Thank you
I have been here many times with my cats and always have a great experience. Because emergency hospitals are pricy, I was extra appreciative when my cat was seen for free yesterday. I had received a seasonal promotion in my email from his family vet, VCA Forest Lawn, saying that emergency exams were free until January 11 for VCA clients and was so happy when there was no catch and the promotion was exactly as stated in the email. I cannot thank you enough! My baby is recovering well at home (except for his terrible haircut, that will take some time) and the emergency vet fund has not been depleted, thanks to your generosity!
Getting my Shark into the carrier and to the clinic was a full-on battle (he HATES leaving the house), but once we arrived, everything went so smoothly. Dr. Brian was incredibly gentle and patient with him, and you could tell he truly cares about animals. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and never made me feel rushed. Shark was relatively calm, given that he normally loses his mind at the vet, but he was thrilled to leave, when it was over. 10/10 experience, overall! So grateful for the care and compassion. Highly recommend!
