I had the BEST hydrafacial with Sam! She was so knowledgeable about what services and products I should be using. I felt so relaxed and at ease during the facial and was immediately glowing when I left. She’s saved my skin, couldn’t recommend Sam more!
I get my Botox from Mackenzie, she’s very educated and realistic on expectations. She’s spent the time to walk through different options and find the best path for me. Sam gave me a great hydrafacial with dermaplaning. I felt like she took her time and paid attention to the details. My skin feels renewed after. Will get it again!
Veronica and the team at VIO were very kind, welcoming, and patient with my current ankle injury. Their service was great and the bed was so warm & cozy. I REALLY noticed the glow after my hydrafacial. I’m definitely coming back for more treatments. Ty Veronica!
Just had such a wonderful experience at VIO! I recently moved the Boston and I’ve been looking for a reliable med spa and I’m so happy I found this one! Mackenzie was so incredibly nice and informative and made me feel so comfortable and welcome! From the moment I walked into the door (I wish I caught her name but she was the receptionist and she was so warm and welcoming) thank you for such a great experience and warm welcome!! I can’t wait to see my results and come back!! Truly a 10/10
I can’t say enough good things about the ladies at VIO Med Spa in Boston! They’re so friendly and welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. They take the time to explain everything and give you real facts about the treatments, no pressure or pushy sales tactics, just honest advice. You can tell they truly care about their clients. I always leave feeling great and well taken care of. Highly recommend! Ask for Mackenzie! She is the best!
