They did an awesome job with all my stuff and took great care of everything. Great experience! The crew was professional, respectful, super friendly, and very efficient. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!
We had a last-minute service request to help move a couch into a condo on the second floor. We could not get it done with two people and needed extra help. Rafael messaged us back within 30 minutes of us calling on Saturday. They came out Sunday morning at 10 am. They charged us a very fair amount compared to other companies in the area. They helped get the couch to the second floor in about 30 minutes. We are super satisfied with the service. Thank you all!
TERRIBLE I would never use this service again, and i will tell everyone i know to avoid you as well. I booked 2 men for 3 hours and they switched it to 3 men for 4 hours. They were 2 hours late, (my confirmation call said they would arrive at 7am and they came at 9am) they were rude and couldn't care less what they were doing. They put FRAGILE glass items, clearly marked Fragile Glass Do NOT Stack, on the bottom of book boxes. They were annoyed when they had to move furniture instead of boxes and were insulting us in Spanish. 2 of the 3 never spoke a work of English, and I know enough Spanish to follow the conversation. The things they were saying were insulting, rude and completely inappropriate. (I don't care that they were only speaking Spanish but the vulgar and rude language in ANY language is unacceptable) After 2.5 hours they left, and the company still billed me for 4 hours. Absolute RIP OFF Scam company. AVOID VIP MOVING at ALL cost. They should be ashamed of their "service" and how they treat people.
I called VIP Movers Services and Ron promptly answered the phone and scheduled everything for me. Rafael and Javier arrived on time and were extremely careful with my delicate but giant antique furniture! They moved them with special attention to not damage the walls or the furniture…… They both are very well dispositioned and very efficient. I highly recommend VIP Movers Services to anyone needing to move!!!!! They get 5 stars from me…..
I originality gave them a 5 star rating. That was before I got to my destination and saw all the damage done to my boxes. I had boxes that are clearly marked fragile, that had heavy boxes put on top of them. I have a picture that was broken, and my TV is busted. I have contacted them on several occasions asking them to at least reimburse me for the TV. Radio silence on their end. Very disappointed.
