All the staff should wear balaclavas in this place, should be called dick turpin’s jewelers. Awful attitude on a staff member ( young blonde girl) very inexperienced and needs to learn some customer service skills. Don’t waste your time asking these cow boys for an offer on your fine jewelry. Only interested in ripping off the vulnerable and elderly!
Never bought jewellery before but this is a gift for my granddaughter's 21st. Stunning set which she can wear separately. Gorgeous keepsakes for a non girlie girl. Very reasonably priced.
