We’ve been seeing Jess for a while now and she’s been invaluable at finding some calmness in my exceedingly energetic adolescent golden retriever who absolutely loves her weekly visits! Alongside teaching Indie that life isn’t really as exciting as she thinks it is(!), Jess is super approachable and knowledgeable and will give advice on/work with Indie on any particular issue I highlight to her that has come about that week too. After each session, Jess sends video updates of the training that she has done, along with detailed explanations - invaluable at the time but also as a record to go back to. I have learnt so much from Jess about doggy behaviours and how to help Indie and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

Jess has had a genuinely profound, positive impact on our dog. From the outset, she took the time to understand our needs, answering our questions thoroughly and addressing our concerns. She then designed a bespoke, graduated plan, clearly explaining the science and behavioural psychology behind her approach and why it was right for our dog. Through her sessions, Jess has built a strong, trusting connection. It’s clear how deeply she respects and cares for the dogs she works with, always prioritising wellbeing. She pays close attention to what our dog is communicating and adjusts accordingly. Working at a pace our dog is comfortable with has significantly improved their confidence - far more effectively than the previous “one size fits all” approaches we had tried. Jess is also generous with her time outside of sessions, responding to ad-hoc questions with thoughtful, tailored advice. We’re incredibly pleased with the progress our dog has made and are confident this will continue with support and guidance from Jess.

Jess is such an incredible person to work with! My dachshund Gary would also agree. Like most dachshunds Gary is very selective with when he wants to listen to a command, which can be quite frustrating as an owner. However, Jess has taken the time and patience to get to know Gary and learn what his strengths and weaknesses are so that she can get the absolute best out of him. I’ve learnt so much about Gary through this process and it’s been incredible to watch his confidence grow and have him listen to me when I ask something of him! Jess is amazing and I can not recommend her enough!!!

Jess is simply wonderful at what she does. We contacted her a few weeks after getting our new dog, Reggie. He was a little overwhelmed when outside of the house, and since then Jess has been helping us work with him to build his confidence. She goes above and beyond and is not only great at her job, but is the loveliest person to work with. I will be highly recommending her to everyone as I know they will be in such good hands.
